This place. It has held my spirit more times than I can count. There is just something about the calm aliveness that is here. Even on this raw spring day the unfolding of green life is palpable. The sound of the flowing water pulls me out of my mind to be present, to smell the earth, hear the water splash down it’s granite path and feel the spirit of this place.

Today, my intention was to run the dog who has been dragged to work every day for the past five weeks as we worked to renovate and move into a larger location for our business. I’m not sure which one of us left feeling more restored.
