The morning after

Well, agree or disagree, the people of NH have spoken. I wanted to share a bit of my experience from the inside.

I had the privilege of knocking on doors Saturday morning and reminding people to get out and vote. I was very encouraged by the conversations that I had with people who were still deciding. I appreciated hearing what people were thinking about, what was important to them and what they were weighing. I was encouraged that people were so carefully making this important decision. I was pleased to hear that people were committed to go the polls, that it was important to them to vote.

Agree or disagree with the outcome.  That is what democracy is about. Good job, New Hampshire!

Here’s a link to the primary results, just in case you haven’t seen them yet.

Thanks for visiting. I invite you to leave your thoughts . . .
