One of the most interesting things I have seen about Bernie Sanders’ candidacy is how many people have been inspired to write songs from the heart about this man. I don’t recall ever seeing that with any other candidate. It reminds me of the folk songs of the 60s where people sang about hard stuff in the hopes for a better world.
