Enjoying morning sun at Maine cottage
I love this photo of my dear friend Lynda taken this summer during our final camping trip together. It shows the light and strength of the human spirit and how we can still LIVE life even during the season of endings.
I had previously written a tribute to her called The Guardian Loons which describes how a pair of loons swam unusually close, watching over her and guiding her during our last kayak trip. You can read it here.
